使用性能瀏覽器來檢視並解決問題

下列程序說明如何使用性能瀏覽器檢視、瞭解和解決警示。

程序

1. 登入 Operations Manager 主控台。
2. 在左側導覽窗格中，按一下 Monitoring（監視） > Lenovo Hardware。
3. 視伺服器型號而定，執行下列其中一項：

   • 若是 Lenovo Windows 伺服器，請按一下 Windows on Lenovo servers（Lenovo 伺服器上的 Windows）資料夾下的 Windows on Lenovo servers（Lenovo 伺服器上的 Windows）視圖。

   • 若是 ThinkSystem 和 System x 伺服器，請按一下 Lenovo ThinkSystem and System x（Lenovo ThinkSystem 和 System x）資料夾下的 Lenovo ThinkSystem and System x BMC（Lenovo ThinkSystem 和 System x BMC）視圖。

   • 若是 ThinkServer 伺服器，請按一下 ThinkServer 和 SR635/655 資料夾下的 ThinkServer 和 SR635/655 BMC 視圖。

   • 若是 BladeCenter 機箱，請按一下 BladeCenter Chassis and Modules（BladeCenter 機箱和模組）資料夾下的 BladeCenter Chassis（BladeCenter 機箱）視圖。

   • 若是 Flex System 機箱，請按一下 Flex System Chassis and Modules（Flex System 機箱和模組）資料夾下的 Flex System Chassis（Flex System 機箱）視圖。

   註

   依預設，當性能瀏覽器開啟時，展開的視圖中會顯示所有故障的監視器。
4. 選取警示，然後按兩下 State（狀態）開啟性能瀏覽器。顯示錯誤的所有基本等級性能監視器都會顯示在 Health Explorer（性能瀏覽器）頁面。
5. 視您的需求而定，執行下列其中一項：
   1. 若要檢視最新的狀態變更事件，請按一下 State Change Events（狀態變更事件）。
   2. 若要檢視警示的說明和解決方案，請按一下 Knowledge（知識）。如有需要，請執行 Knowledge（知識）頁面中的步驟，以解決錯誤和重設性能感應器。
      註

      您也可藉由按一下 Operations Manager 主控台中的 Active Alerts（作用中警示）視圖或 Product Knowledge（產品知識）標籤上的鏈結，檢視 Knowledge（知識）頁面。
   3. 若要檢視警示內容，請按兩下警示。警示內容會顯示在 General（一般）標籤上。
