Deleting XClarity Orchestrator

When you delete Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator, imported data is removed, and XClarity Orchestrator is deregistered as an event monitor. Incidents that were raised by XClarity Orchestrator are not removed, but further incidents cannot be raised for that XClarity Orchestrator instance.

Procedure

To delete XClarity Orchestrator, complete the following steps

  1. From the ServiceNow portal, select the XClarity Orchestrator instances from the Lenovo XClarity Configurations page, and select Delete XClarity.
  2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click OK to confirm that imported data will be deleted and XClarity Orchestrator will be deregister the ServiceNow instance.
