User Action​

Complete the following steps:

  1. Reseat/reinstall CMOS battery.
  2. If problem still exist, (trained technician only) reseat the identified compute node by XCC or SMM2 Web GUI
  3. If the specified sensor is Planar 3.3V or Planar 5V, (trained technician only) replace the system board.
  4. If the specified sensor is Planar 12V, ensure PIB board is installed correcly and check the XClarity Controller event log for power-supply-related issues, and resolve those issues.
  5. If the problem remains, (trained technician only) replace the PIB board or system board.
