Complete the following steps:

  1. Check the XCC event log for any cooling or power related issues.
  2. Make sure power supply unit is installed correctly and clean.
  3. Make sure that the water temperature and pressure drop is within the requirement of each configuration
  4. Make sure that the room temperature is in the range in the operating specifications.
  5. If the problem still exist and XCC event is related to power supply unit, please upgrade power supply unit with supported specification.
  6. Once you finish the action above and can't solve the issue, please contact Lenovo support.
