Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Reboot the system and confirm that the drive is still in failed state.
  2. If the problem persist
    1. If XCC call home is enabled then an automated service ticket will be generated.
    2. If XCC call home is not enabled then Collect service data log manually and contact Lenovo Support.
