Complete the following steps:

  1. Clear TPM via TPM operation and retry TPM firmware update by following the instructions in your product user guides. Go to https://pubs.lenovo.com/ and click your product link. Usually, the TPM update information is located in “System board replacement” section in “Hardware replacement procedures”.
  2. If the problem persists, collect Service Data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
