Use this information to install the TPM card.

Power off the server for this task

ATTENTION: Static Sensitive Device Ground package before opening

Before installing the TPM card:

1. Touch the static-protective package that contains the component to any unpainted metal surface on the server; then, remove it from the package and place it on a static-protective surface.

1. Locate the TPM card connector on the system board (see System board components).
2. Carefully hold the TPM card by its edges and insert it into the TPM card connector on the system board.
