comparedefault command

Use the comparedefault command to compare the current values and the default values of one or more settings.

comparedefault command syntax

OneCli.exe config comparedefault [command option] [<options>]

  • all: Default value. Displays all of the supported settings.

  • group name: Displays the settings that belong to a group name, such as IMM, UEFI, and so on.

  • setting name: The setting name value.

--compatibility, -cOptionalSpecify the compatibility mode for the UEFI and BMC settings on the ThinkSystem V4 systems. OneCLI tries to convert the legacy UEFI and BMC settings to the flat attributes for the ThinkSystem V4 systems.
--kcsOptionalForce to use IPMI over KCS local interface.
--redfishOptionalForce to communicate with BMC through Redfish.

Note
  • Some settings do not have a default value and will not be included in the list.

  • The value contained in the <> is the default value, while the other value is current setting value. For example: IMM.PwDiffChar=0<2>, 0 is the current value and 2 is the default value.
