Deleting Lenovo XClarity Administrator

When you delete Lenovo XClarity Administrator, imported data is removed, and Lenovo XClarity Administrator is deregistered as an event monitor. Incidents that were raised by XClarity Administrator are not removed, but further incidents cannot be raised for that XClarity Administrator instance.

Procedure

To delete XClarity Administrator, complete the following steps

  1. From the ServiceNow portal, select the XClarity Administrator instances from the Lenovo XClarity Configurations page, and select Delete XClarity.
  2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click OK to confirm that imported data will be deleted and XClarity Administrator will be deregister the ServiceNow instance.
