This message is reported when an uncorrected recoverable memory error has been detected on CMM device.

User Action​

Complete the following steps:

  1. Refer to the System Product Guide for instructions how to enable CXL memory module (CMM) Built-In Self-Test and PPR (if the system does not support these features, then skip step 5).
  2. Power off the system and remove A/C power.
  3. Reseat the failing CXL memory module (CMM) which is identified by LightPath and/or event log entry.
  4. Restore A/C power and power on the system.
  5. Run Built-In Self-Test and PPR to repair the CMM.
  6. If the problem persists, collect Service Data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
