Node front view

This section contains information on the controls and connectors on the front of the ThinkSystem SD530 V3 node. Depending on the specific configuration, some of the components or connectors might not be supported.

This tab contains below information:

  • Network information such as MAC address and XCC network access label.

  • Drive bay numbers.

5 Serial connector​

Connect a 9-pin serial device to this connector.

6 External diagnostic handset connector​

Connect the external diagnostics handset to this connector.

7 Front operator panel buttons and LEDs​

For more information about the front operator panel buttons and LEDs, see Front operator panel LEDs.

8 USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) connector​

Connect a USB device, such as a mouse, keyboard, or other devices, to this connector.

9 VGA connector​

Connect a monitor to this connector.

Note
The maximum video resolution is 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz.
