This section contains information on the controls and connectors on the front of the ThinkSystem SD530 V3 node. Depending on the specific configuration, some of the components or connectors might not be supported.

Install E3.S drives or drive fillers to these bays (see Hot-swap drive replacement).

This tab contains below information:
Network information such as MAC address and XCC network access label.
Drive bay numbers.
5 Serial connector
Connect a 9-pin serial device to this connector.
6 External diagnostic handset connector
Connect the external diagnostics handset to this connector.

7 Front operator panel buttons and LEDs

8 USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) connector
Connect a USB device, such as a mouse, keyboard, or other devices, to this connector.
9 VGA connector
Connect a monitor to this connector.
The maximum video resolution is 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz.
