Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:
- Ensure the proper connection of hard drives, backplane, and related cables.
- Ensure that the device firmware is at the latest level.
- Reflash the XCC/BMC firmware to the latest version.
- Reflash the UEFI firmware to the latest version.
- Restart the BMC, and then reboot the system.
- Retry the operation.
- If the problem persists, collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
