Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

1. Ensure that the device firmware is at the latest level.
2. Restart the BMC, and then reboot the system.
3. Retry the test.
4. If the problem persists, save the test result to a test_hdd.txt file using a local USB storage device or a shared network folder.
5. Collect service data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
