Complete the following steps:
- Ensure the room and inlet water temperature/flow rate to the rack are within server environmental specification to adjust the temperature.
- If the problem issue still exist, check XCC Web GUI to check the temperature value is still higher than system spec. If warning is seen post service action on GPU then it is possible the thermal interface material take time to melt and the warnings are expected to deassert after a day of normal operation.
