8999 - No enough PCIe/PCI MMIO resources

Not enough PCIe/PCI MMIO resources. Currently only one video card is enabled. Please remove some PCIe cards, or enter BIOS Setup Utility and enable “Above 4GB Decode” if using a 64-bit OS.

This error will be displayed when there is no enough PCIe/PCI MMIO resources following a reboot and with the attempt to initialize the primary video device to display this error message. This error will be displayed for at least five seconds with four one-second beeps before the next boot. Remove some PCIe adapters in Setup Utility to solve this error.
