Backing up the configuration

A comprehensive backup should include the configuration information from each of the components in the product. Use the available tools to perform the backups.

You should perform backups of the system components whenever significant configuration changes are made. Be sure to back up all VMs in the configuration; this includes the predefined VMs, such as Lenovo XClarity Administrator, as well as any VMs you created to run workloads.
