Standard management

After the initial ThinkAgile SXN product setup and configuration by Lenovo Professional Services, you should be able to manage the system routinely with the following software.

Nutanix management​

For information about using Nutanix Acropolis or Nutanix Prism, refer to the Nutanix documentation. See ThinkAgile SXN documentation and related content for relevant links.

Important
When using ThinkAgile Network Orchestrator, be sure to provide a relevant value for the VM description field in the Nutanix Prism app. Leaving the field blank could cause errors.

Lenovo XClarity Administrator management​

Use Lenovo XClarity Administrator to monitor and manage hardware, such as the appliances and switches. See ThinkAgile SXN documentation and related content for relevant links.

VMware vCenter management​

Use VMware vCenter as the console to manage the following items, among others:

  • Virtual machines

  • VMware ESXi hosts

  • Data stores

  • VMFS file systems
