Replacing the power paddle card cover

Use this information to replace the power paddle card cover.

To install the power paddle card cover, complete the following steps:

1. Read the safety information that begins on Safety and Installation guidelines.
2. Turn off the server and peripheral devices and disconnect the power cords and all external cables, if necessary.
3. Align the power paddle card cover with the pins on the chassis and install it in the server until it is secure.

4. Install the screw into the power paddle card cover.
5. Replacing the cover (see Replacing the cover).
6. Slide the server into the rack.
7. Reconnect the power cords and all external cables, and turn on the server and peripheral devices.
