Removing the power paddle card cover

Use this information to remove the power paddle card cover.

To remove the power paddle card cover, complete the following steps:

1. Read the safety information that begins on Safety and Installation guidelines.
2. Turn off the server, and disconnect all power cords and external cables.
3. Remove the cover (see Removing the cover).
4. Remove the screw from the power paddle card cover.

5. Lift the power paddle card cover out of the server.
6. If you are instructed to return the power paddle card cover, follow all packaging instructions, and use any packaging materials for shipping that are supplied to you.
