Event messages from managed devices

The hubs push hardware-related events that are raised by managed devices to XClarity One. These messages are listed in the events or alerts log.

ThinkEdge SE, and ThinkSystem servers​

Refer to the documentation provided for your specific hardware. You can find information about specific events and alerts from the Lenovo Docs -ThinkEdge SE website and Lenovo Docs -ThinkSystem website by clicking the link for your hardware type, and then clicking Messages > XClarity Controller events from the left navigation pane.

For a list of messages that automatically open a Call Home service ticket, click Messages > XClarity Controller events > XCC events that automatically notify Support.

ThinkAgile appliances​
