Event messages from managed devices

The management hubs push hardware-related events that are raised by managed devices to Lenovo XClarity One. These messages are listed in the events or alerts log.

ThinkEdge SE and ThinkSystem servers​

Refer to the documentation provided for your specific hardware. You can find information about specific events and alerts from the Lenovo Docs website by clicking the link for your hardware type, and then clicking Messages > XClarity Controller events from the left navigation pane.

For a list of messages that automatically open a Call Home service ticket, click Messages > XClarity Controller events > XCC events that automatically notify Support.
