State of server in remote-control session does not match state in the Lenovo XClarity Administrator
Use this information to troubleshoot when the state of a managed server in a remote-control session does not match the state of the managed server in Lenovo XClarity Administrator.
Complete the following steps to resolve this issue.
- Ensure that the server is being managed by XClarity Administrator by clicking from the XClarity Administrator menu bar.
- Synchronize the inventory by clicking the General tab on the remote-control Preference menu and then clicking Synchronize with management server. For more information about remote-control preferences, see Setting remote-control preferences.
