Remove the air baffle

Use this information to remove the air baffle.

To remove the air baffle, complete the following steps:

Grasp the air baffle and carefully lift it out of the server.

  1. If the server has a RAID super capacitor module installed underneath the air baffle, disconnect its cable from the extension cable.
  2. Grasp the air baffle and carefully lift it out of the server.

After removing the air baffle, begin installing any options that you have purchased.
