User Action​

Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. If the sensor is "CMOS Battery":
    1. Reboot the XCC.
    2. Reseat the CMOS battery.
    3. If the problem persists, replace the CMOS battery.
  2. If the sensor is "SysBrd 3.3V/5V/12V":
    1. Do virtual AC cycle through the XCC/BMC.
    2. If problem persists, collect service data log.
    3. AC cycle the system.
    4. If the problem still persists, collect service data log and contact Lenovo Support.
