Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:
- Review PD Steps by confirming the RAID array is in failed state.
- Note: Notify the customer that the data has been lost and a new RAID volume will have to be created.
- Replace the affected disk drive(s) that is indicated by a fault LED or the system event log.
- Clear RAID configuration and create a new RAID array.
- Restore data from backup.
- If problem persists, escalate to next level of support.
