Cannot create a FreeNAS or Netscaler template

Creating a template from a FreeBSD, FreeNAS or Netscaler instance fails with the error: No operating systems found.

ThinkAgile CP Cloud Controller uses libguestfs to create templates. Libguesfs does not support FreeBSD/FreeNAS or Netscaler operating systems and, therefore, templates cannot be created from these operating systems.

Complete the following steps to create a new instance from a FreeNAS or Netscaler instance:

1. Manually create a backup of the instance.

2. Create a new instance from the backup.

3. If necessary, configure the new instance so as to not conflict with the original within the new instance operating system.
