Procedure to launch JViewer

  1. Download the .jnlp file from the BMC.
  2. Open the .jnlp file using the appropriate JRE version (Javaws).
    When the downloading is done, it opens the console redirection window.
The console redirection menu bar consists of the following menu items:

  • Video

  • Keyboard

  • Mouse

  • Options

  • Media

  • Keyboard Layout

  • Video Record

  • Power

  • Active Users

  • Help
