Purchasing XClarity One

Lenovo XClarity One is a for-fee cloud-based solution. You can use XClarity One for free during the free-trial period, upon request; however, after the free trial expires, you must purchase XClarity One to continue using the applicable functions.

To purchase XClarity One or to request a free trial, contact your local Lenovo sales representative. When your purchase is complete or free-trial approved, you will receive a proof-of-entitlement email containing your Lenovo customer number.

After receiving the proof-of-entitlement email, request an organization to get starting using XClarity One. To submit a request for a new organization, open the Lenovo XClarity One portal (xclarityone.lenovo.com) and click the Request a new organization link near the bottom of the Sign in dialog. You need your Lenovo customer number to request an organization For more information, see Requesting a new organization.

If you did not receive your electronic proof of entitlement, or if it was sent to wrong person, contact one of the regional representatives, based on your geography.
If information about my entitlement is not correct, contact Lenovo Support at SW_override@lenovo.com and include the following information.
  • Order number
  • Your contact information, including email address
  • Your physical address
  • Changes that you want made
