Drawer type incorrect
A drawer installed in the storage array is not the correct type of drawer for the drive shelf.
Important
The drawer must be replaced with one that is valid for the shelf by an on-site support technician.
Recovery Steps
Manually collect support data from the storage array.
Go to Diagnostics tab.
. Then, select theSelect the Collect Support Data link to save the support data to a file.
Contact your Technical Support Engineer using the information in the upper right-corner of the Support Center.
