Recovery Steps
Are any IOM (ESM) canisters failures being reported in the Problems area for IOM (ESM) canisters located in the shelf shown in the Details area?
If yes, replace the failed IOM canisters using the recovery steps in the IOM (ESM) Failed procedure listed in the Problems area, and then go to step 2.
If go, go to step 2.
Are any drive failures being reported in the Problems area for drives located in the shelf shown in the Details area?
If yes, replace the failed drives using the recovery steps in the Drive Failed procedure listed in the Problems area, and then go to step 3.
If no, go to step 3.
Manually collect support data from the storage array.
Go to Diagnostics tab.
. Then, select theSelect the Collect Support Data link to save the support data to a file.
