1. Make sure that the RAID adapter firmware and hard disk drive firmware is at the latest level. 2. Make sure that the SAS cable is connected correctly. 3. Replace the SAS cable. 4. Replace the RAID adapter. 5. Replace the hard disk drive that is indicated by a lit status LED.
