Complete the following steps:

  1. Check the event log of system management module and XClarity Controller for any cooling related issue.
  2. Make sure CDU supply water temperature and flow rate per tray is within operating specifications.
  3. Make sure waterloop assembly and maifold are installed correctly.
  4. Make sure that the room temperature is within operating specifications.
  5. If the problem persists and there are no other DIMMs with the same indication, replace the DIMM.
