1 DIMM 4-6 error LED (amber) | LED on: an error has occurred to the DIMM the LED represents. | For more information, see Memory problems. |
2 Processor error LED (amber) | LED on: an error has occurred to the processor the LED represents. | Replace the processor. |
3 DIMM 1-3 error LED (amber) | LED on: an error has occurred to the DIMM the LED represents. | For more information, see Memory problems. |
4 FPGA power status LED (green) | The FPGA power LED helps to identify different FPGA errors. LED blinking rapidly (four times per second): The FPGA permission is delayed. LED blinking slowly (once per second): The FPGA is ready to power on. LED on: The FPGA power is on.
| If FPGA power status LED is always blinking rapidly over 5 minutes, do the following: |
5 XCC heartbeat LED (green) | The XCC heartbeat LED helps to identify the XCC status.Blinking (1 Hz, about one flash per second) : XCC is working normally. Blinking at other speeds or always on: XCC is at the initial phase or is working abnormally. Off: XCC is not working.
| If the XCC heartbeat LED is always off or always on, do the following: If the XCC heartbeat LED is always blinking fast over 5 minutes, do the following: Re-plug the power cord. Check and ensure that the system board is installed correctly. (Trained technician only) Reinstall it if needed. (Trained technician only) Replace the system board.
If the XCC heartbeat LED is always blinking slow for over 5 minutes, do the following: Re-plug the power cord. Check and ensure that the system board is installed correctly. (Trained technician only) Reinstall it if needed. If the problem remains, contact Lenovo Support.

6 System error LED (amber) | LED on: an error has occurred. | Complete the following steps:Check the identification LED and check log LED and follow the instructions. Check the Lenovo XClarity Controller event log and the system error log for information about the error. Save the log if necessary, and clear the log afterwards.
