Follow instructions in this section to install the dual-rotor fan module upgrade kit.

Procedure

1. Remove all the fan modules.

   • Pinch and hold on the orange touch points on the top of the fan module.
   • Lift the fan module to remove it.
2. Identify the fan slot to install the fan modules in.

   1 Fan 1 (single-fan module)	4 Fan 4 (single-fan module)
   2 Fan 2 (dual-fan module)	5 Fan 5 (dual-fan module)
   3 Fan 3 (single-fan module)	6 Fan 6 (single-fan module)

3. Install fan modules in the upgrade kit in the corresponding slots.

   Attention

   With power on, complete the replacement within 30 seconds to ensure proper operation.
