Predictive failure analysis

XClarity One provides predictive failure analytics for memory modules and solid-state drives in devices with a Premier Support Plus warranty entitlement. When XClarity One detects error patterns that might lead to critical issues, potential down time, or eminent failure of memory modules, XClarity One raises warnings or critical alerts and todos with recommended actions to resolve the issues.

You can view predictive messages for a specific device by clicking the Managed devices panel title from the Device management view, clicking the name of the device in the table to display the device details page, and clicking Hardware inventory in the context menu on the device-details page, and then scrolling to the Memory and Drives cards.

If Call Home is enabled, XClarity One automatically opens a predictive service ticket when a memory or SSD failure is predicted.
