Cannot manage a device

  • Ensure that the LDAP setting on the XCC is set to LocalOnly before attempting to manage devices.

    When managing a new device, Lenovo XClarity One Hub uses the account and credential that you provide to create a new local user account, which is used to manage the device. If the XCC is configured to use an LDAP settings other than LocalOnly, the creation of new user account fails and therefore the device-management process fails.
