What's new in XClarity One Hub v1.2

Review this information to learn about new hardware support and software enhancements that are included in Lenovo XClarity One Hub v1.2.

Additional hardware support

The following hardware is supported by Lenovo XClarity One Hub.
  • ThinkSystem SD650-I V3 (7D7L)
  • ThinkSystem SR630 V4 (7DG8, 7DG9, 7DGA, 7DGB)
  • ThinkSystem SR780a V3 (7DJ5)

Software enhancements

The following software enhancements are supported in this release.

Hubs

You can choose to use multi-factor authentication when signing in, using your user credentials and a one-time passcode that is generated by an authenticator application installed on a mobile device Signing in to the hub web interface).

You can collect service data for an unresponsive hub using the service-recovery password (see Hub service data).

You can choose to use prioritized update firmware through XClarity One, which requires you to manually restart devices that require a restart to complete the update (see Firmware).
