Complete the following steps:

  1. Remove all PCIe adapters and risers from the machine. If the machine boots successfully add back risers and PCIe adapters one at a time, checking for error after each is installed.
  2. (Trained technician only) Replace faulty PCIe riser or adapter.
  3. If base board fails with no adapters installed, (trained technician only) replace IO board.
