The following procedure describes how to delete a configuration item.
Procedure
- From the navigation pane or from the configuration item list, right-click a configuration item, and click Delete.
The Deletion Dialog window is displayed.
- Click OK to continue with the deletion of the configuration item or click Cancel to exit this operation.
The child Setting Collections of a deleted configuration item are not deleted.
