Installing the air baffle

Use this information to install the air baffle.

To install the air baffle, complete the following steps:

1. Read the safety information that begins in Safety and Installation guidelines.
2. Lower the air baffle into the server. Make sure that the tabs on the air baffle are inserted into the holes on the chassis.
   Attention

   For proper cooling and airflow, replace the air baffle before you turn on the server. Operating the server with the air baffle removed might damage server components.
