Starting a free trial

You can set up a trial organization for free to test the features and functions in XClarity One. The trial organization allows you to manage up to 2 hubs and 20 devices for up to 90 days.

To set up a trial organization, click the Get started button on the Sign In dialog, click Start a trial, and then complete the steps in the wizard.

Note

The trial organization is not intended for use in production environments. If you want to manage physical devices in your data center, choose non-production devices.

The following functions are not available in the trial organization.

• Migration of devices and artifacts from Lenovo XClarity Administrator

• Call Home functions, including service-data collection and service-ticket generation

Purchased licenses cannot be imported into the trial organization. Licenses are only automatically imported in full-feature organizations.

The trial organization is automatically disabled when the trial period ends. To request an extension, contact your Lenovo sales representative.

The organization is set up with a free license that you can use to manage up to 20 devices for up to 90 days. Before the license expires, you must purchase and import XClarity One licenses to continue using XClarity One (see Importing licenses).
