Mirror consistency group - synchronization suspended
Synchronization of an asynchronous mirror consistency group has been suspended.
A primary or secondary volume has failed.
The repository associated with the reserved capacity for a primary or secondary volume has failed.
The repository associated with the reserved capacity for a secondary volume is full.
The repository associated with the reserved capacity for a secondary volume has an integrity error.
Recovery Steps
Are there any other problems (such as primary or secondary volume failures or reserved capacity issues) being reported in the Problems area related to the affected mirror consistency group on either the local or remote storage?
If yes, attempt to fix those problems and then go to step 2. If needed, contact your Technical Support Engineer for assistance.
If no, go to step 3.
Were you able to fix the other problems being reported in the Problems area related to the mirror consistency group?
If yes, go to step 3.
If no, go to step 4.
Resume the mirror consistency group and then go to step 6.
Go to Mirror Consistency Groups tab
. Then, select theHighlight the affected mirror consistency group and then select Resume under More.
Manually collect support data from the storage array.
Go to Diagnostics tab.
. Then, select theSelect the Collect Support Data link to save the support data to a file.
Contact your Technical Support Engineer using the information in the upper right-corner of the Support Center.
Select Recheck to ensure the problem has been resolved.
