Cluster scope
You can configure the clusters that need to be managed.
Provides list information (including cluster name, data storage type, number of hosts, hardware information, etc.) and license compliance details for all clusters.
Before you begin
Ensure that you are a member of a user group to which the predefined Supervisor or cluster administrator role is assigned.
Make sure the resource manager has managed VMware vCenter.
About this task
The following functions are supported.
- View managed clusters.
- Manage or cancel the management of a cluster.
- View license compliance details of clusters managed by Lenovo SDI Management Platform.
Procedure
From the Lenovo SDI Management Platform menu bar, click Administration (
) > Cluster scope and then complete the following steps.
View license compliance details.
Check or uncheck the cluster and the page will automatically check the license compliance. If you click Reset, all operations will be cancelled.
Click Apply to save all operations and wait for the task to end. The page will refresh automatically.
