Troubleshooting firmware-update issues

Use this information to troubleshoot issues when downloading and applying firmware updates.

• If you cannot download an update for a specific resource platform, ensure that the updates catalog for the platform was downloaded. To download the updates catalog, select the platform, and click Update Catalog > Update Selected.
