Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. If the drive was intentionally removed, make sure that there is a filler in the drive bay.
  2. If the drive was not removed, make sure that the drive is correctly seated.
  3. If the drive is correctly seated, replace the drive, collect service data log from the XCC WebGUI, and contact Lenovo Support.
