Install the PIB board
Use this information to install the PIB board.
Before installing the PIB board, touch the static-protective package that contains the new PIB board to any unpainted surface on the outside of the server. Then, take the new PIB board out of the package and place it on a static-protective surface.
To install the PIB board, complete the following steps:

- Gently hold and lower the PIB board into the system board tray.
- Install the five screws to secure the PIB board.
After you finish
Connect all the cables from the PIB board. See Power/Sideband cable routing.
Push the power supplies into the bays until they click into place.
Complete the parts replacement. See Complete the parts replacement.
