Cannot update Windows Guest Agent
This section covers the procedure for when the Windows guest agent cannot be updated.
If you encounter a failure while performing an update of a new guest agent and/or uninstalling an old guest agent version on a Windows device, there may be an issue with registration handling by the ThinkAgile CP VSS provider.
If this occurs, you need to launch Component Services and delete the VSS provider. After this is done, you are able to uninstall the old ThinkAgile CP agent and reinstall the new version.
