Manage developer options

In ThinkAgile CP, API tokens are used for authentication via developer scripts. The ThinkAgile CP Web Services API requires a security token to use the API. The purpose is to inform the API that the bearer of the token has been authorized to access the API and to perform a specific action.

The API token is tied to the role and organization for a user account. It is valid only for the ThinkAgile CP Cloud Controller on which it was created.

Note

• Infrastructure Admins can manage their own API tokens and can also manage the API tokens of other users in the organization.

• Infrastructure Viewers can manage their own API tokens but can only view the API tokens of other users in the organization.

• VDC Managers/Viewers can only manage their own API tokens.
