Noncritical drive error
Important
Even though the volume status is optimal, data may still be lost from the RAID 0 volume.
The affected drive does not require replacement. You can recover the drive by contacting your Technical Support Engineer.
Recovery Steps
Manually collect support data from the storage array.
Go to . Then, select the Diagnostics tab.
Select the Collect Support Data link to save the support data to a file.
Contact your Technical Support Engineer using the information in the upper right-corner of the Support Center.
