Maximum temperature exceeded
The maximum operating temperature of the shelf has been exceeded. Either a fan has failed, an obstruction is blocking the air flow, or the temperature of the room is too high.
This condition is critical and may cause the shelf to shutdown if you do not fix the problem immediately. The automatic shutdown conditions depend on the model of the shelf.
Recovery Steps
Are any fan failures being reported in the Problems area?
If yes, replace the failed fan using the recovery steps in the Fan Failed procedure listed in the Problems area.
If no, remove any obstructions that may be blocking the storage array's air intakes or outlets. If no obstructions are found, correct any potential room cooling problems before continuing to step 2.
Select Recheck to ensure the problem has been resolved.
