Complete the following steps:

  1. Reseat the identified compute node.
  2. If the specified sensor is system board 12V, ensure PDB is installed correcly and check the XClarity Controller event log for power-supply-related issues, and resolve those issues.
  3. If the specified sensor is system board 3.3V or system board 5V, (trained technician only) replace the defective node tray.
  4. If the problem persists, (trained technician only) replace the PDB or the defective node tray.
